The third season is adapted from the fifth novel in the original series, The Gods of Guilt. Manuel Garcia-Rulfo (Mickey Haller), Becki Newton (Lorna), Jazz Raycole (Izzy), Angus Sampson (Cisco), Yaya DaCosta (Andrea Freemann) and others have confirmed their return. Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez (Queen of the South), who joined in the second season, continue to serve as the showrunners, and serve as executive producers together with David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies) and the original author Michael Connelly. The series was created by David E. Kelley and developed by Ted Humphrey.
