Toy, a mischievous boy, is trapped in a time loop, and no matter what he does, he always returns to the morning of December 31st. He meets Vee, a girl who is also trapped in time, and together they search for the perfect moment hidden in the ever-repeating day. They become closer, even though Vee seems to be hiding something from Toy. Things quickly become complicated, and Toy is forced to deal with family issues, while Vee struggles with a personal dilemma that she is keeping secret from Toy. The two are torn between conflicting desires, with Toy wanting to escape the time loop and Vee wanting to stay in it forever. Eventually they realize that the way out of the loop is not to go backwards in time, but to accept and appreciate every day that you have.
