An 85-year-old mother (played by Wu Yanshu) and her 65-year-old daughter (played by Xi Meijuan) live together. The daughter, burdened with guilt towards her father, lives a Puritan-like life. Alzheimer's disease has turned her into a different person, and the elderly mother needs to devote her tenacious vitality to take care of her daughter. The two lives complement and complement each other in the process.
