The film is adapted from the short story "The Jealousy Man" by Norwegian writer Jo Nesborg. It tells the story of a pair of twin brothers on a remote Greek island who are caught in a love triangle, triggering a bloody and violent conflict, and a jealous local detective is ordered to investigate the murder.
