The story takes place in the private Shiomi Academy, where children with outstanding performance in various aspects gather. They carry the glory and hope of the entire city. The library in the academy, which is known as the "City of Wisdom", is particularly eye-catching. However, in the reading room deep in the library, the curtain is slowly opening. The six boys and girls who don't know each other gather here in the dark, including Kyotaro Kenji (voiced by Junji Majima), who has a strong desire for knowledge, Omi Shirasaki (voiced by Madoka Yonezawa), who is optimistic, cheerful and hardworking, Tamamo Sakuraba (voiced by Yukei Saito), who is steady, serious and trusted, Chiri Misono (voiced by Nozomi Yamamoto), who is cold outside but warm inside, Kana Suzuki (voiced by Eri Sendai), and Nagi Kodachi (voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki).
