This is a classic American cartoon. One day, toxic chemicals leaked from a factory flowed into the sewers of New York City. These chemicals caused four ordinary little turtles to mutate and become human-shaped turtles that can stand and walk like humans. They are Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Raphael and Donatello. A Japanese ninja Splinter, who is good at ninjutsu, also became a human-shaped mouse because of contact with these substances. The turtles worship Splinter as their master, learn ninjutsu and kung fu, and with the help of TV reporters Fan Baoer and Emma, they fight against Kron and his minion Shredder who live underground and attempt to rule the world.
