Veteran rock band Foo Fighters moved into a mansion with a rich rock history in Encino, Los Angeles, to record their tenth album. However, during the recording process, lead singer Dave Grohl discovered that a supernatural force in the mansion was threatening the fate of the album and even the entire band.
