In ancient times, in order to cope with the drought, two ancient Chinese tribes, Dongyi and Jiuli, sent people to Taohuaao to look for the goddess of heaven according to the prophecy of the priests. A pair of good friends, Su Mo and Fu'er, have different destinies from then on. One is the Suzaku Xuannv to protect the people of Jiuli, and the other is the Qinglong Xuannv to lead Dongyi to seize the water source of Jiuli upstream.
