Continuing from the previous episode, Torres confronts a man with a gun. Later, Torres is arrested by the FBI and charged with murder. They learn that the man he confronted is the same man Torres and his family met when they came to the United States. This man abused his mother, and Nick vowed to pay for what he did. Nick refused to talk to anyone and refused an attorney. He was later summoned and pleaded guilty. The crew refused to believe that he was guilty. The team tried to find out the truth, but the FBI was not cooperative.
