After the shocking death of actor Ben Glenroy (Paul Rudd) in the season two finale, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short) and Mabel (Selena Gomez) begin investigating the tragedy that occurred behind the scenes of the Broadway show Oliver is in charge of. With the help of the show's co-star Loretta Durkin (Meryl Streep), the trio finds the case more difficult to solve than the Arconia murders, but remain optimistic that they will find who killed Oliver's leading man while Oliver tries to get his show back up and running. With everyone in the theater a possible suspect, the trio has a tough job solving the case. At least their fans will get a brand new season of the podcast.
