The film mainly tells the story of the battle of wits and courage between the anti-drug captain Mo Gao (played by Wang Zheng) and the leader of the drug cartel Tao San (played by Li Zixiong), and finally wiped out the drug cartel. After experiencing the tragic death of his undercover colleague, Mo Gao not only encountered an unprecedented crisis in his career, but also had a huge rift with his girlfriend Xiaoru (played by Gan Tingting).
