Plot:
Arhat the Dragon (Stephen Chow) from heaven made a bet with the immortals, saying that he would make three mortals sacrifice for others within a certain time limit, otherwise he would be willing to suffer reincarnation again. Arhat the Tiger Subduing came to the human world in the guise of monk Jigong. While playing around in the human world and saving people for a living, he selected a beggar who was punished by heaven for nine generations (Anthony Wong), a prostitute who was bullied by men and women (Maggie Cheung), and a thief who killed people like crazy (David Wong) as experimental subjects. After making clever arrangements with his wit, Jigong established a good relationship with the three people. In the end, the beggar and the thief were moved by Jigong to sacrifice for others, and the prostitute fell in love with him, which made him start to worry about whether to voluntarily give up his immortal identity and stay in the mortal world.
