Disney will develop a film about basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo, Greek Freak. The film is written by Arash Amer (A Private War), and the story will revolve around Giannis' early life and career status. Giannis is a Nigerian-Greek basketball player nicknamed "Greek Freak". He plays as a power forward and currently plays for the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA.
