The drama is adapted from the novel of the same name by Mio Nukaga. Narita Ryo plays Kurusu Arashi, a career consultant who guides job seekers. His left leg is inconvenient and he walks with a cane. He is a character with a sharp tongue who can help job seekers realize their dreams. Oshida Fuka plays Chiharu Mitani, a partner who resigns from a large advertising agency and hopes to change jobs.
