Plot:
The first episode takes place eight weeks after Wilson's girlfriend died. It's clear that he has lost interest in life, no matter how busy he is at the hospital or how House tries to motivate him. Faced with such a living dead, who should House turn to when he encounters trouble or needs to share various good or bad ideas? Fortunately, this problem has an answer in the second episode - the appearance of a sarcastic private detective gives House a like-minded partner. This person is played by Michael Weston, and his cunning and evil charm is said to be almost as cunning as House himself. In the past four seasons, House has guided an elite team of young experts to help him solve difficult and complicated diseases. His good friend, oncologist James Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard), is loyal to him. At the same time, Lisa Cuddy (Lisa Edestein), the director of the medical department and the head of the hospital, and House also have a secret relationship. Although House often clashes with her because of his responsibilities and his whimsical behavior, even so, she has to admit that House's intelligence is enough to offset the trouble he brings. In the fourth season, the stubborn House selected three from 40 applicants and added a large group of new people to his medical team. He selected plastic surgeon Dr. Chris Taub (Peter Jacobson), mysterious contestant "No. 13" Dr. Rema Hadley (Olivia Wilde) and neurologist Dr. Eric Foreman (Omar Epps). He was arranged by the passionate and radical Dr. Lawrence Kutner (Kal Penn)-in fact, he was Kudi's spy next to House. The original fourth season team members, immunologist Dr. Allison Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) and critical care physician Dr. Robert Chase (Jesse Spencer), will no longer respond to House's call. Cameron was promoted to the emergency medical center, while Chase went to Princeton Plains Teaching Hospital. At the end of Season 4, a bus was involved in a major accident. In a flashback that was four hours late, House and his team pieced together their memories and eventually discovered that Wilson's girlfriend, Amber, was on the bus with him and was seriously injured. As House and his team raced against death for Amber, they found that they were powerless to stop her apparent deterioration. Shocked to learn that House was directly linked to Amber's death, Wilson's friendship with him collapsed. Season 5 begins, and with Wilson's friendship shattered, House is determined to find out if he was responsible for Amber's death. Meanwhile, with Cudi's efforts to mediate between them, Wilson will have to decide if House ruined his life.
