The story tells of British tailor Leonard (Mark Rylance) who used to make suits on the world-famous Savile Row in London, but after experiencing a personal tragedy, he came to Chicago and ran a small tailor shop in a simple part of town, making beautiful clothes for the only people around who could afford it: a vicious gangster family.
