It tells the story of former prisoners Eddie and Paul who work for a New York restaurant during their parole period. They are recruited by British lawyer Katherine Rookwood to go to London to steal a gem called "Blue Lizard". The two usually get away easily when they do things before, but this time the leader of a mentally ill small-scale criminal gang blocks their way, and a series of unexpected events occur.
