The drama describes a world full of people with various super powers, but these people do not use them for justice, but for hurting others or even murdering others. Detectives Christian Walker (played by Sharlto Copley) and Deena Pilgrim (played by Susan Heyward) are assigned to take charge of such cases and protect ordinary people without super powers.
