"Evil Must Be Eliminated" is a police and gangster action film about the Chinese public security organs in the 1990s, who united as one to fight against illegal and criminal activities and uphold social justice. In the 1990s, a small city called Binhai in the south experienced a series of heinous and brutal robberies. Xu Zhengyang, a righteous northern public security officer, came to Binhai to support the local criminal investigation team leader Song Hai in solving the case. Facing the arrogant Zhuang Zhiqiang robbery group with superb anti-reconnaissance capabilities and brutal attributes, the two of them played to their strengths.
