Set in Scotland, the story follows ordinary Gabe (Iain De Caestecker), an emergency call handler for the Strathclyde Ambulance Service in Glasgow. When Gabe receives a call for help from a frail woman who seems to know him, his world is turned upside down. Under pressure to determine who she is, Gabe makes a decision that could have devastating consequences.
