Plot:
The movie "I Have Been Here" tells the story of Yu Ming, a literary and melancholy wandering painter, who came to the Miao Village in Guizhou and lived in the inn of Ji Hong, a warm and cheerful single mother. Every day, Yu Ming quietly began to paint, depicting the various aspects of life here: Xia Hua, a local girl in the Miao Village; Ze Yu, a young rocker; Wen Daye, a kind and gentle chef; Huan Er, a cute and funny little girl; a couple from Shanghai, a documentary team, etc., all of which were frozen in Yu Ming's pen. Yu Ming believes that life is unique, and what he sees and depicts is what life is like. And behind each painting is a story, which records real lies, conveys unexpressed love, and retains intriguing truths.
