The film tells the story of a talented female sniper named Anna who is forced to accept an assassination mission. During the execution, she gradually awakens to a kind and loving warrior of justice. She joins forces with military agent Artest to stand up and advocate for justice when facing drug lords persecuting the people. The two join forces to prevent the passage of the bill to legalize drug cultivation and trafficking in the country of Libya, and engage in a life-and-death battle with the drug lord villain Roger. In the end, they smash the villain's conspiracy, protect the people from drugs, and save the country.
