Amazon has won the adaptation rights of Jenny Han's YA novel "The Summer I Turned Pretty" (another work by the author of "To All the Boys I've Loved Before") and is preparing to make it into an 8-episode series. The author will be responsible for the script of the first episode. "The Summer I Turned Pretty" is a multi-generational TV series, with the plot including a love triangle between the heroine and two brothers, as well as the relationship between each mother and her children and the theme of female friendship.
