The film tells the story of former Interpol Tie Jiawen (played by Xu Dongdong) who changed her name and became a sexy, beautiful and mysterious gym owner after losing her lover. She led the male god coach Meng Jing (played by Wu Zhuoxi), the beautiful and hot yoga coach Xixi (played by Jie Sitong) and the boxing coach Dongni (played by Cai Xiangyu), and wanted to live a peaceful life. However, the old blood feuds and conspiracies quietly surrounded them, and a hunting game against Tie Jiawen and her sisters was quietly unfolding.
