On the eve of the return in 1997, conflicts among various forces intensified and violent incidents occurred frequently. In the face of great changes, the gang leader Lin Yaochang (played by Simon Yam) entrusted his confidant Ah Luo (played by Richie Jen) with the important task of the gang.
