Plot:
Takamiya Susumu, an elite who works in the Internal Audit Office of a non-profit insurance company, has a private hobby of tasting local takeout food on the Shinkansen on his way back from a business trip. He puts the food and wine he carefully selected at the place where he was on the business trip on the small table of the Shinkansen seat, and tastes the wine and food that can only be eaten locally, as well as the dessert set, which perfectly matches the food and wine. Tonight, the Shinkansen Izakaya is open for business!
