Plot:
Zhang Kelai (played by Ren Shiwan), who has only a high school certification exam as his highest education, has no foreign language ability, no special skills, and no skills. In his lonely life, he has nothing to do except Go. Because of family changes in his youth, he applied for the Korean Chess Academy postgraduate and failed. He has been self-destructive and mediocre. At the age of 26, he was still doing odd jobs. With his connections, he was airborne into a comprehensive trading company and became an intern in the sales group 3. On his first day of work, Zhang Kelai couldn't even use a copier, and he had to ask for help from An Yingyi (played by Jiang Sulai), who was also an intern, for such a small matter as answering the phone. When he first entered the workplace, he was surrounded by a huge sense of frustration when facing his colleagues with first-class foreign language skills and excellent work ability. He felt that he was out of place and ashamed. At the same time, after Zhang Kelai's special identity as an airborne soldier was exposed, he was immediately questioned and excluded by the interns of the same period. Wu, the head of the sales group 3 (played by Li Shengmin), his immediate superior, was also worried about Zhang Kelai's identity. This made Zhang Kelai realize that he had nothing and that he could only survive here if he worked harder than everyone else... This film is based on the online comic of the same name by writer Yoon Tae-ho, which is known as the "textbook for the working class."
