It takes the representatives of the First Party Congress and many early Chinese Communists as the main clue characters. It tells the story of the early Communists who went through decades of hardships and twists and turns, seeking knowledge, daring to take responsibility, sticking to their original aspirations, and following one after another. It creates a glorious heroic group represented by early Communists such as Li Dazhao, Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Cai Hesen, and Qu Qiubai, and praises the lofty beliefs and dedication of the Chinese Communists who were unswerving in the revolutionary struggle for national independence and people's liberation, and who persevered in practicing their original aspirations and ideals with their lives.
