The series revolves around socially awkward high school student Otis Milburn, who lives with his mother, Jean, a sex therapist. In season one, Otis and his friend Maeve Wiley run a sex clinic at school, using his intuitive gifts to give his classmates advice about sex. In season two, late-bloomer Otis must control his newfound sexual urges in order to make progress with his girlfriend, Ola, while also dealing with his strained relationship with Maeve. Meanwhile, Model High School is reeling from a chlamydia outbreak, highlighting the need for better sex education at the school, while a new student arrives to challenge the status quo.
