The drama is adapted from the 2002 Venezuelan novel "Juana La Beltraneja". It tells a comedy story about a heroine who obeyed her grandmother's words and remained pure before getting married. During a regular check-up, she suddenly became pregnant with the child of the second generation of a chaebol due to a doctor's mistake.
