Frustrated Hong Kong writer Tianyu (Liu Junqian) encounters Taipei street thug Axiang (Fan Shaoxun), and the two embark on a journey to find the Whale Bay leading to paradise. Along the way, they discover unexpected turns and close fate, which brings out the saying "There is always someone in this world who is similar to you and is waiting for you."
