Based on the story of Lin Deng (Fu Mengbo), the first generation of Taiwanese industrialist, the film reveals the little-known inside story of business wars. His wise wife (Shao Yuwei) is a smart and reserved woman. A street kid (Li Guoyi) who came from a poor family married into a rich family (Zhou Xiaohan) in order to get promoted. The owner of a suit shop (Tanaka Chie), who has first-class social skills, makes these two men fall in love with her.
