"49 Days of Cheating Your Wife" is based on the theme of "Life and death are limited, cherish what you love", and travels between the Yin and Yang in a comedic way. Through folk legends, it brings out the funny mutual assistance between humans, ghosts, and gods, and explores the issue of life and death. The plot tells the story of Zhang You (played by Lan Weihua), the owner of a legendary coffee shop, who has superb skills in brewing coffee and making desserts. He and piano teacher Xuan Xuan (played by Lin Wenyi) have been in a sweet relationship for 20 years, and they can be called the winners in life. However, on the 20th anniversary of their wedding, everything changed because of a phone call.
