Plot:
In August 1945, the war, which was coming to an end, spread to the mountainous area in southwest my country. In a peaceful monastery, the trainee nuns Sister Li (played by Shu Qi) and Sister Qin (played by Wu Chenjun) were lively and unconventional. Fortunately, the kind old dean always took good care of the orphans in the mountain village. On August 10, a team of Chinese soldiers brought their wounded comrades to the monastery for help.
